The Vault Builder by The Lindsey Effect: Danielle Lindsey at the open door of a lit vault lined with labeled resources

The list you send clients by email should be a product by now.

The Vault Builder™ · Inside Built for the Bag™

The process you already run should be a product by now.Build your own Vault in class.

Your $250 seat opens The Vault Builder. Build it with us in the free Wednesday class or on your own time. One build is included, start to published. A second Vault runs through My Implementation Lab™ ($75/month).

You ask every client the same questions. You chase the same documents. You know what "ready" looks like. The Vault Builder™ turns that into an app your clients use on their phone. It has your steps, your words and your brand. Clients answer, snap their documents and finish with one packet. You see who is ready.

The Grant Vault™ was built on it. In the Built for the Bag™ room, you build yours.

You bring one process you run for clients. You leave with a live Vault with your name on it, your sales pages, and a dashboard that shows where each client is.

This is not a form with your logo pasted on. You decide every step and every word.

Made by Danielle Lindsey, founder of The Lindsey Effect™. She builds business tools for women who run real businesses.
Be honest

If you have to chase every client for their papers, you are the system.

With The Vault Builder™, clients open your link, finish your steps and hand it back ready.
Your name on it

Your logo. Your colors. Your questions. Your weights.

The white-label controls: primary color, accent color, welcome note and logo

In the Studio you go further than name and colors. You decide the sections and the steps. You pick which steps matter most. You write the help beside each one, the list of documents and every word the client reads.

  • Your sections and prompts, in your order, in your words
  • Your weights: what counts triple, double, once
  • Your document list with "how to get it" help you wrote
  • Your brand on the client checklist, the review link and the packet
What you leave with, running

Not a plan. A system that works.

Every screen below is The Grant Vault™, the first Vault, doing what yours will do for your clients. Swipe through the journey from first link to finished packet.

Built for every kind of "send me everything first"

Whatever you collect before the work, it runs the same loop.

Ask, collect, score, plan, review, packet. The Vault Builder™ starts you from a starter for your kind of work, and you rename everything.

Grants

The first Vault. Nonprofits gather what funders ask for and send their grant writer one link. Live today as The Grant Vault™.

Loans and funding

For lenders, bookkeepers and loan consultants. Bank statements, tax returns and ownership papers, all in before the application.

Client onboarding

For agencies, consultants and coaches. Logins, brand files and goals, all in before the first call.

Due diligence

For brokers and advisors. Every paper a buyer will ask for, with what is missing named first.

Compliance and licensing

For childcare, home health and contractors. Every license, policy and inspection in one place, with renewal dates.

Real estate transaction files

For agents and property managers. Disclosures, inspections and signatures, one packet per deal.

Franchise and program applications

Every part of the application, gathered and checked before it is sent.

School and scholarship admissions

Transcripts, essays, letters and forms, with a score the family can see.

New legal clients

For family law, wills and other practices. The facts and papers, gathered privately before the first meeting.

Insurance claims and restoration

Photos, receipts and policies from the homeowner, in order, with nothing lost in text messages.

Vendor and subcontractor onboarding

Insurance, W-9s, licenses and references from each vendor before their first job.

HR, hiring and certification packets

Papers from new hires, checked against your list, so both sides see what is missing.

Something else? Pick "Something else" when you build. It starts blank and uses your words.

What you build in class

Straight answers

Before you choose The Vault Builder™.

Is this The Grant Vault™?

No. The Grant Vault™ is the first Vault, built for grant readiness and sold on its own. The Vault Builder™ is where you build your own Vault for your own process.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. You answer picks and short prompts, one screen at a time, and the Vault assembles as you go. If a screen stalls you, "I'm not sure, recommend one" is on every strategic question.

What is the $250 for?

Your seat in The Vault Builder™, plus the free Wednesday class to build it with us. One build is included, all the way through publishing, and it stays live. Nothing else is required to build.

What if I want to build a second Vault?

Your seat covers one build and it stays live. A second Vault, here or in any other Built for the Bag studio, runs through My Implementation Lab™: $75/month. Leave the Lab and the extra build pauses; every build and your clients' data are kept and exportable.

Can I bring my own client types and questions?

Yes. Pick "something else" and the Studio keeps your words. Your sections, weights, document list and help text are yours to write.
